TRANSPORTATION
Health and Social Transportation
Volunteers provide transportation when another alternative is not available. Transportation needs may be for health or other appointments, shopping, church, recreation or social events or employment.
CHORE SERVICES
Light Housekeeping/Household Chores
Volunteers perform light housework.
Shopping and Errands
Volunteer may provide local shopping, banking, post office, etc.
COMPANIONSHIP
Friendly Visits
Volunteers become friends with our care receivers through an ongoing relationship that involves friendly visits in the home, shopping or other outings.
Phone Reassurance/Wellness Calls
Volunteers telephone the care-receiver on a regular basis to monitor
well-being, identify possible needs and just be a friend and listen.
